 Project Finance Conference 800X195-01-01

On the 10 September 2014, Asian Legal Business in partnership with the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association is launching the first Southeast Asia Project Finance Conference in Marina Mandarin. With SE Asia well on its way to massive infrastructure development, a surge in project financing has become a necessity. Recently, Asian Development Bank has strengthen this traction by giving project developers an opportunity to access the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund – a subsidy with a pipeline of USD 1 billion in projects for the next three years.

With vast investment potential in infrastructure over the next decade, SE Asia’s political resilience in promising compelling returns to investors is in its litmus test. This conference will bring together key players in the region to discuss not only the commercial risks of investing in SE Asia, but most importantly, the legal risks of a protectionist region. Join this one-of-a kind-conference, as we tackle the key strategies in overcoming the regulatory and political challenges in SE Asia’s project finance.
